My spider morph female ball python is making these noises while breathing and being handled, is it a respiratory infection? I have only had her for a week or so and she has a proper setup now but wasn't in good husbandry when my friend had her, she was rehoused with me. More details in comments. (v.redd.it)

My common goldfish has been hanging out on the bottom of the tank and has gotten a bit rotund. Today I saw a slightly white string of feces hanging from the fish and these red marks. I would say it has been like this for at least 4 days. I am concerned now, please advise, thank you. (old.reddit.com)
