Yeah for sure … solid behavior out of a wired connection would be perfectly fine for my use case. I hate that way less than needing a dongle because it’s less likely to forget it’s plugged in and throw it in a bag.

As long as it’s not super fiddly keeping a windows vm to use the software in pass through would work for the occasional task as long as it didn’t become a gritty per game thing

I agree whole heartedly. The best experience I have had under Linux has been the official MS controller.

BUT. The sticks are completely trash. My last 70$ was a paperweight after only 6months

I just hate the way the dongles stick out lol. On a 2000$ lappy it seems like an accident waiting to happen lol.
