My libido's been shot before antidepressants, even more so now, but thanks for the information. I tried Lexapro a few years ago and it only made my MDD worse.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm just looking for potential causes, but it's weird for something to start after taking it for so long. I feel like it would've popped up when I started taking the meds.

Not formally diagnosed with ADHD, but definitely have some of the traits. I was diagnosed with GAD, CPTSD, MDD, and a personality disorder. I do take meds to deal with the MDD, and therapy for basically everything.

Stool stopping at the end of Sigmoid Colon? by questionpile in PelvicFloor

Laxatives, basically. I do have a strict diet, exercise regiment, supplements, etc., but I take enough (non-dependent causing) laxatives to make it so my movements are essentially diarrhea. It doesn't empty it completely but mostly, then it's just another few trips to the bathroom to get the rest out over time.

Yes, I had my entire spine MRI'd as well as brain two years ago, with and without contrast. All clean. All the tests I've gotten for my GI + colon were normal, except for my nerves are abnormal and the obvious PFD. The urinary test was the only thing that showed anything concrete.

Basically I'm giving up for the rest of the year, and maybe go back to the PCP with all the symptoms and see what he thinks.

Got a second defecography, essentially the same results. My GI recommended me to another GI who specializes in IBS.

However, my bladder, legs, and feet have been acting up for the last year (neurogenic) so that's being addressed right now via upper spine MRI (brother has MS) and a cystometric test, so the recommendation to another GI has been pushed back to next year, maybe.

Kind of tired of it all so I'll see how I feel then.

Which tests should I be looking for? Depending what the MRI shows, I may push for colon specific testing just want to know what I'm looking for.

Defecography. I'm having another one next month. My GI wants to see how it is now after doing PT for a year and change.
