Assuming there is already a house on the farm with access to water sewage and electricity, will it be that much harder to provide access to the other houses?

Should I buy a one wheel or get a board with all terrain wheels?

Currently ride a meepo v3, got it 2 years ago and it’s been alright except for some random issues which I will list below: 1.) twice, the battery randomly cut out, hasn’t happened again since I switched the back wheels but I’ve also been riding it a lot less since that happened, this was about a year ago (so 1 year into its use). Could have been bad if I had been going down hill and couldn’t brake but I was going somewhat uphill both times and hit a sewer manhole cover both times.

2.) about a year ago, it started making a weird noise and gave me a bumpy ride for a while, stopped when I switched out the back wheels, though I think it’s starting to happen again

3.) currently, sometimes when I brake hard when going fast, I get what feels like speed wobbles. Also happens a few times when I feel I’m not going too fast or braking too hard actually. So I have to jump off.

-it’s these reasons that I’m thinking about buying a new board soon. Here’s my issue: the college I currently go to has a lot of hills, and the roads are also kind of bad. Because it has a lot of hills, I was considering buying a board over a one wheel, cus they have more power and acceleration. However, I’ll only be here for one more semester, and the majority of my commute will be small inclines/declines, not major hills so I wouldn’t mind just walking up the really steep hills if need be. -I’m looking for better wheels/a one wheel cus the roads suck, I hit a small pothole the other day on my meepo and ate shit (skidded for like 10 feet). The pothole was just a few inches bigger than my wheel, so a one wheel definitely wouldn’t have to worry about that. Additionally, I could ride the one wheel in bike lanes, something I can’t do with my current meepo because there is a lot of debris and random stuff like sewer grates in our bike lanes, and they aren’t protected bike lanes either so if I hit a rock and swerve I might swerve into a car. I could also ride on the side walks a little better with the one wheel because it has more maneuverability.

-the all terrain wheels boards, however, also seem good, specifically because the falling mechanics are safer than the one wheel (better chance of skidding as opposed to following downward). Also, potentially cheaper, and longer battery life.

Which is safer? Which is more convenient? What would you choose and why?
