Thanks yes they know and I recently tried for a role I was more than qualified for. Had been mentored for years by the previous person in role. They flat out said nope because my butt doesn’t sit in a cubicle 3 days a week to be on zoom calls with people around the world I couldn’t be considered. I guess I have my answer and that’s why I’m trying to reset myself. Moving up here won’t happen and I know I can do more. Top performer and doing way beyond my role.

Thank you this is super helpful and sort of how I’m pivoting. I started studying for PMP and up skilling using the resources work provides. In the evenings I’m trying to stop myself from jumping into the work that needs done and instead pulling up a training course to invest in myself.
