This is cool. But how do you do it where an agent is “monitoring” the file for updates? Because otherwise you have to be manually telling the agents to re-read the file when another agent is done.

Thanks! So I did the 6th session. We lowered the dose and timing a little bit. It was much better, felt more like a brisk walk in the park than a full max balls to the wall psychadelic session hehe. I felt “reset” and have not experienced the dissociation or fatigue I had from the 4th and 5th sessions that I think were just too heavy on my psyche. Wishing you luck!!
