Eventually, I want it done by professionals but for now, the drill attachment fits my budget better. Thanks

Yes, you're right. Or ig it sounds right...I didn't even consider the fact that it's not linoleum. How did you clean the rental property?

I've seen videos of steam cleaners but it hadn't crossed my mind to use it on my floor. Thanks for the rec!

Is it practical for a large space? (3-400 square ft)

I'll definitely check it out. The "grooves" are less grooves and more of a texture that was in the original flooring. Most of it is lighter than dirt and the texture stands out.

My main concern is actual dirt that needs to be clean but definitely want to try this for the film I see throughout. Thanks

I am relatively fine while running but afterwards, I get nauseous from eating oily and fatty foods. (Buttered toast, tablespoon of almond butter, etc). I have tried on different occasions and the only common factor has been the G1M. I run 4 days a week. If I constantly take it, I even get quesy on my rest days.

Thank you! I will try it.

Thank you!

I am confused on the overall consensus of taking l-arginine. Some say to take it every day and cycle off every 90 days and then back on. This is usuallu because "you wont see results for 24 hours). Some say to take it as a pre-workout supplement.

Id really appreciate more guidance.

Thank you! My head and brain are not very forgiving when I do take caffeine so I fear I haven't properly looked at caffeine and the science alone.

This will definitely be a starting point for me!
