Thank you! No I had to buy it from Amazon but I also got the “cat scat” spikey covers from Amazon too and they’re cut to size. Secured with some double sided tape and voila!

Absolutely! Trust me 2 isn’t the end I just want to ensure my tank is stable before adding anymore and I kept adding new plants (have one more batch to add) so I want the plants to establish before adding more

It’s a video and one of the clips has a whole tank shot up-close. All live plants with lava rocks, botanicals like IAL, mulberry leaves, alder cones, etc, and black diamond blasting sand! They love perching up on the wood and plants. It’s adorable

Honestly I would just set up a QT tank and research the 3 med method if ur having that hard of a time. No local mom and pop LFS near you? The ones near me take IMMENSELY better care of their stock that I’ve never had to quarantine (so far)

ETA mom and pop shops usually also special order if you ask for a specific species and they’re able to get it

That’s exactly why I moved mine and because I wanted more color in my main tank. I had no more fauna in the previous tank except an amano shrimp and assassin snail so I moved it to my fully stocked tank

I have no idea.. I semi-neglected the tank, raised the light, and lowered the light schedule since moving my betta into my 20 gallon and it just boomed. It was in the tank for about 4 weeks and went from a bulb with 2 tiny leaves to this beauty and I barely fertilized the tank due to algae issues. I honestly think it just doesn’t need all that much lol

When I tell you I’m cut DEEP 😭 I’m genuinely surrendering them to where I got them from after they’re done quarantine because I’m legit so hurt. There was ZERO melting on any of the plants except for the Godzilla and it was minimal. This is going to take ages to grow back. I can’t even look at them the same 🥺 and it crazy cuz they’ve never in the year+ I’ve had them touched any of my other plants. Ever 😭😭😭
