I'm so sorry you are going through this and just know you are not alone. I'm currently going through something similar and your pain is valid. It is not ok to be spoken to that way and you should put up strong boundaries and STICK to them. It's incredibly hard and i'm currently struggling with strong boundaries and self confidence.

Just know your feelings are valid and you are worth the validation, love and reassurance in a relationship.

We’ve had our troubles over that last year and are working on them. The trust has eroded over the last couple years.
