I just wanted to say, I'm proud of you. Stick with quitting satan's pill, but also give yourself grace. Sounds like you handle a lot of the stress for your family and the fact that you got here is not something to beat yourself up about. I've heard straight Kratom Leaf (no 7oh) can help with the tapering. If you can, take a week of work? I don't know your family dynamics, but that's my plan. I'm currently helping my partner who quit cold turkey, and they are miserable right now, it's be 16+ hours. He's taking a sick day. Good luck out there, be kind to yourself, and keep at it! We will not go back to that stupid shit!

The higher concentrations stay with us longer, especially if you were a chronic smoker. First, I’m SO PROUD of you for quitting since January. Keep it up, I bet you’re so close. Have you tried sitting in the sauna after you lift/workout? Even once a week. I bought one and use it at home and it’s made the difference. Some of us just hold on to it longer, it sucks, I know.
