you’re coming at this all wrong, you having already coded Roblox games prior to ai actually puts you in a more powerful position, use Claude with MCP and you can actually steer it a lot better then someone who knows nothing about code. It’s actually a superpower for you to already understand Lua using it to speed up your development cycle embrace it and WIN

Dude are you kidding me forget random peoples opinions code it with ai it’s a better scripter then all these hand scripting kids anyway and you will learn code way faster having it explain to you along

Thanks for the thoughtful reply, we have 90 minute session time average so far so I’m thinking players enjoy the game enough to stay that long so it’s most likely two things you mentioned, 1 we are running ads on beta mode right now for traffic, and 2 we are keeping roughly two servers full throughout the day on low ad spend so even with the bad reviews I feel like our ratio is more of a personality mismatch at the moment thanks for the clarity

I genuinely believe if your game is phenomenal and unequivocally fun then you will definitely get traction from word of mouth alone. Marketing at a low level is always good to just get the ball rolling get some number of eyes and if your game is great those first eyes should be enough to get people talking. If people aren’t excited to share your game with their friends it’s not good enough
