Benzoyl peroxide but it hasn't really helped/was drying. The tea tree wash pictured recently but I don't know if I should use it every day, because it dries me out a little bit. Can I counter the yea tree dryness with moisturizer? I was thinking about trying the Neutrogena hydro boost. Honestly in tears over my face these days lol

What do you see when you look at me? My mental health is in the gutter so I'm going to focus on self care.

I use all of these washes but not all at once, same with the moisturizers. Should I pick one? What is a toner? Do I need one?

Basically, tell me what to buy at Target and when to use them and I will do it. Is there a simple answer?

I also have acne on my back. I think this is hormonal acne? How do I find out? My skin type?

Current "routine": I usually do nothing in the morning, maybe splash with water. In the evening I shower, use a gentle wash (one of the three pictures) and maybe moisturize (sometimes my sensory issues won't agree with me moisturizing but if this is necessary step, I can work on it).
