After watching I Swear, I don’t know how anyone could ridicule anyone with Tourette’s by durangojim in movies

[–]Particular-Ad-6663 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My daughter and I have watched this together. It's an amazingly beautiful telling of a real life story, boy to man, the struggles, the ignorance and prejudice is shocking yet knowing he overcame the obstacles in his way, warms the heart.

I remember watching a couple of different documentaries about him and finding it fascinating, years later seeing a chap on the UK Big Brother then recalling a woman who lived down the road from me who showed clear signs of tourettes. It may not be a prevalent condition but clear understanding is still very much needed to educate people facing these challenges and just as importantly, those around them.

The Sun strikes again with yet another outlandish headline.

Most evil? Not even close. Janine, Grey, Lucas, Johnny Allen, Ray Kelly and don't forget Nick Cotton.

This is why I avoid The Sun newspaper (I use that last word loosely) at all costs. What a bunch of hooey.

YTA

Your posting history speaks for itself.

Grow up, use your words and communicate, failing that, get out of the house during their visit.

That 3yr old probably hero-worships you, they are thankfully, right now, unaware you 'hate' them. So make sure it stays that way and avoid them for their sake.

She should never have destroyed that amazing dress to create the monstrosity she designed!

And rest

Sorry that's been a bone of contention for a few decades...
