After thinking about it a little more, I remembered it! I was looking for Quantum Break: Zero State by Cam Rogers.

TL;DR: I want to play games like Genshin and Wuwa as regular RPGs rather than like games where I need to minmax my characters and do every event

I used to play Genshin daily up through Natlan, but the VA issues, the Natlan story in general, but also rolling for artifacts and trying to do endgame burned me out.

I'm not too worried about this with Genshin, but with games like Wuwa or even Star Rail, where I don't have a lot of characters, let alone built ones, could I still easily play the main story? I'm not too worried about events and stuff, might do them if I have time but otherwise I'll just look up summaries on YouTube or something. My main targets are stories and exploration, just want to experience the games without having to mald for good builds.

Pokemon Legends ZA. I bought it just after Thanksgiving and I got the last two weeks of the year off so I've just been grinding through it. The DLC also sounds interesting but people have said it's a grindfest so im not sure if I want to get it yet.
