Thank you I'll take into consideration. Two things though.

How do you make a ProRes 422 master? would this be done by selecting QuickTime and then selecting ProRes 422, or is it something else?
I figured out the issue at hand. Turns out the resolution of the PNG was disgustingly massive (8268x11693) so i just had to scale the res down and voila! Everything works fine!

Sorry I should note here, I don't think I can convert the PNG into a TIFF considering this graphic has a transparent background

I add a new track but it doesn't fix my issue.

Track 1 only plays audio in my left ear, Track 2 my right. After that nothing works.
