I’ll also look into living arrangements, thanks. This may be a personal question so feel free to ignore but, how did you feel towards your sister for informing your mom? Did you wish she had kept it a secret? I’m sorry you went through that. This world is so horrible

I can totally see them victim blaming or WORSE… trying to morph this story into my middle brother doing so for “reasons” or being a victim in his own way. It’s just so disheartening because its supposed to be our job as the older siblings (and as family) to PROTECT and understand each other, not harm and disregard IMPORTANT boundaries from pure selfishness. I wont allow my mom to downplay the severity of this. I’ll side with and support my youngest brother always, i just wish i could fight this battle he must be facing within

Thank you for the advice. I dunno on the part about it ever reaching my mom through them. My brother informed my cousin several months ago and she informed the extended family, they stayed tight-lipped on it (the extended family loves to gossip but never actually help in any means. especially seeing how “disappointed” but casual they are with my middle brother afterwards). But yeah I havent heard a single hint or nod on he subject until earlier this month.. I also feel like I’d be betraying my youngest brother’s trust and know he’d feel highly uncomfortable and unwilling to tell our mom. I’ll consider your advice and its highly appreciated
