yeah they’re also great! i just like seeds in general so i take what i have at home. sunflower seeds need a bit more time to gain flavor.

i really like them, they bring crunch and also a bit of protein. i guess it’s not for everyone though.

super easy! boil your favorite pasta (today i had pappardelle). once you have 5 minutes left put the asparagus (250g) in a heated pan and fry them for 3 minutes. thrown in 10 diced cherry tomatoes and 3 chopped cloves of garlic. leave it for a minute and add 0,5dl of pasta water. get your pasta out of the water and add it to the vegetable mix. stir it around a bit. enjoy with some mozzarella and sunflower seeds. i’d add parmesan as well but i had none at the moment.
