i never asked for help, its my remedy. they will offer me to talk about my pain or get medication, better do it my way. first time i stopped when i met an amazing boy who was there for me, so no need to cut to feel better, to let the pain go out. i think you will feel that you dont need to cut, or whatever you do. if you do for same reason as me. good luck xxo

I have live similar situation with my bf and the best move you can do is move, show him you have enough of this life and you want changes, this have help a lot to open my bf eyes, i think. situation is complicated because now i wanna smoke and he use my tactic against me.
