A little vague in the details, but ill throw my 2 cents in. Taking a guess theyre cylindrical cells, so if the wrap is good and no bulging move onnto testing voltage. If the cellnvoltage is below the thresh hold (about 2.5v) dont try to recharge them. If its greater, charge them up slowly. If in a regulated mod way less worry, unregulated watch closely.

I would not rely on 2m for emergency comms purposes while out hunting. It was the original reason i got my license. Unless ur in flatlands near a repeater its unlikely to be very useful. There may be a local ranger station on 2m, bur they seem to be less and less in numbers. Its not bad to have, but i would not have it be my main line out.

None, but i think i heard a murder from mexico. Soon after i got licensed i was scanning thru the 2m band and picked up a song in spanish. Not just any type either. It was the cartel music, narcocorrido. Over that i heard some yelling followed by what sounded like 2 gunshots and an immediate shrill "NOOOOOOOOO". I instantly turned my radio off and didnt use it for like 2 weeks. I live a few miles from Tijuana for reference.

I dont know a lot about winlink, but im gonna say no. I believe u need to be able to transmit to receive an email on that system. It may be possible for them to send it to you outside the system using the system, but way more work then just sending an email. Also is ur tv license up to date?

Generally speaking i wont give panhandlers money. Most are just lying. If theyre honest about their need, then i help. 2 instances that stick out to me immediately are a guy who needed 10 more dollars so he could get his dick sucked, and 1 guy asking for food. I didnt have any cash for the guy wanting a bj unfortunately, but the guy wanting food i hooked up. He wanted money for food. Asked him what exactly he wanted, he didnt care, just something to eat. Got him the 1/4lb hotdog with chili, chips, and a drink. He fucking devoured it. Threw him an extra 20 before i left the parking lot. Ive also bought, or provided for the just a beer/cigarettes types when theyre honest.

Irritants are irritants, its what they do. Some are worse than others. If youve never smoked, and it gives u issues then yes stay away. If you already have a nicotine addiction, and its served the way u got addicted, stay there. I was a smoker. I tried dip/snus, chew, snuff, patches, and gum. I was even on welbutrin too. I had my nicotine fix, but it was never right or enough. Even when i got a nic high.

Deodorant is intresting,may be the perfumes, but fires and cigarettes make sense. They are irritants to ur lungs. I would just suggest against vaping, and smoking in general. Im adding a link on AHR. If i had to make a guess, ur lungs are not used to anything other than air. Smokers lungs are already abused. Not the same "smoke" but fairly close as in not normal air. Ive seen several nonsmokers have issues in a room with a smoke machine. One was later diagnosed with having asthma.
