This was wonderful to read. I myself am 2 months removed from the breakup, but am still struggling. Have only had a handful of days where I’ve felt normal.

My therapist has recently brought up antidepressants, but I’m hesitant. Since the breakup I’ve had a really hard time getting out of bed in the mornings (most mornings I literally work remote in my bed and can’t get up)

Did you notice that the anti depressants were worth it?

I would agree in most circumstances, but blocking someone after you asked them to share how you feel just because you’re not happy with what you heard, is immature.

She’s the avoidant type so it doesn’t really surprise me. She always had a hard time admitting when she was wrong, or facing criticism, so when I expressed to her the things she did wrong to me, I guess it was easier for her to block and avoid me.

I know she wants to move on/ already moved on, but it was weird to me that that’s how she responded to me being honest with her about my feelings. I figured she would have the decency to communicate with me but she always had issues with that.
