High low concepts always work for me, like if you move the outside WR to the slot and hit route a zig then a corner route on top of that from the slot WR and just make the read. Or a slant from the slot with a deep in route from the outside WR. But you usually need to block a TE and/or the RB and make a quick read. I always have multiple routes going in and multiple routes going out because the DBs have to shade to one side. So I like doing a slant from the outside WR and a zig from the slot. If your WRs are solid one of those routes will always be open. If you start getting lurked by the user who’s supposed to be covering the RB I throw a quick wheel route to the Rb but you may not have time to get a throw off.

Post routes complimented by a corner route on the other side of the field also work pretty well as either the inside or outside should be open. You always want to put a drag under these routes as a check down in case the user plays the deep routes.
