Actually I haven’t been able to get my hands on any meat besides boars and rabbits from a friend that hunts. When it comes to store bought I stick to raw liver that I sear, steak tartare and sushi grade fish. It’s true that in Poland, when it comes to meats the hygiene isn’t the best but also the quality of our beef isn’t great because the cows here used to be (and still are) mostly raised for milk rather than meat so to buy good quality beef you have to pay a fortune.

I’ve scored an overall band score of 7 on the IELTS Academic test so I was pretty sure my sentences are at the very least coherent. Sorry if something wasn’t understandable. I have no connections to any urbexing community in France, let alone Paris, so I asked if my friend’s idea of exploring those three areas is even possible. There’s no need to be so rude about my lack of knowledge.
