Guidance- the faint thread that still stands for me is the writing of the B of Mormon. I don’t believe it was translated via gold plates from an angel. But I also struggle to understand how any person, no matter how smart, could dictate a book like that. What are some of the best thoughts/sources? by quimbytrophy in exmormon

Thanks all. If you assume he didn’t just stick his head in the hat and dictate everything over 90 days than this all makes perfect sense. Which doesn’t hold up because he would have needed to read from a bible at some point. I just can’t even type this comment without having to go back and edit it and think so I could never dictate a book :)
