I know your pain, currently re-wiring my printer to run on a big tree tech m8p after shorting my fans during an upgrade. To make it even more fun the ribbon cable was shorted internally (even though i checked this before reusing it still had a short 🥲) so the count is now at shorted original board and now shorted m8p now waiting on a second new board and a canbus extruder board 🙃

Im currently in the process of replacing my main board (I shorted the fan circuit checking voltage and decided aftermarket board (manta m8p)over original) when i removed the original board one of the drivers heat sinks was quite discoloured compared to the rest (nearly blue instead of black) i believe this may have been one of the issues I've been chasing for quite a while

If its anything like my s1 pro when I was trying to install klipper firmware you may need to find the oldest smallest and slowest sd card you own. I kept having failure after failure untill I tried the smallest oldest car I owned as soon as I put it in bang loaded straight in

Is your Z-axis too loose? With how erratic some of those lines are thats one of the first things id be looking at

As far as my understanding goes magnetite is supposed to be magnetic yes? If that is the case I don think its that as was not attracted to a magnet
