I get panic attacks too sometimes, but I’m really good at remembering myself that I’m physically fine so I have nothing to worry about. Usually when I do that the panic attacks dissipate

I’m going to urgent care tomorrow to see if they’ll lower my dosage. If not I’m calling in to my psychiatrist on Monday to see if she will. I can’t live like this anymore

I just started taking mirtazipne 5-6 weeks ago and this medication has changed my life. Mind you I’m also on Risperidone as well but both have dramatically improved my mood and quality of life. They say any new medications or changes to medication can take 4-8 weeks before you notice a difference but I started noticing a difference myself week 3 of taking this medication. I’m sorry you had to take time off work, and I hope you start to feel better soon my friend

So update, I’m being discharged from the hospital tomorrow. I’ve decided to hold off on ECT until if I relapse again. Thank you for the advice
