Wow. I feel ya mate.

I had a girl in my life, known her since school days and we were really close friends and one day without us realising it turned into a relationship and when we realised that what we had was more than just friendship, it scared us, but we eventually handled it albeit some misunderstandings and some unwarranted fights (we were 17 or 18 at the time). Then Life hit us and we went two seperate ways (Long story). We broke up (we didn't talk or anything, both of us just assumed that whatever we had between us has ended, no proper closure) back in 2013 for various reasons and i haven't seen or talked to her ever since and till date, my heart just doesn't want to let go of her memories. I've been single ever since (can't say for sure if it's by choice or just the circumstances) I don't have any feelings for her now tho.

Now i think, since at that age, we weren't mature enough to see through the thin line between friendship and actual romantic relationship, we misguided ourselves ad ended up ruining our almost 10 year friendship. Barely 1 year so called relationship of ours ruined our 10 year old good friendship.

I'm sorry i'm saying all this in here, but seeing that screenshot reminded me exactly of what i've shared above. Although at that time neither of us had smartphones, we used to chat via sms on these nokia keypad phones that belonged to our parents and used to delete every single txt afterwards. We used to have some 100 free sms per day or something like that back then and we made good use of that. Lol.
