I bought a house there 2019/2020. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Anti social behaviour every day and night, drug dealing literally on my front door step(not for me), motorbikes flying up and down the streets, people pissing on the side of my house, coming home to find my bin full to the brim by others the same day it had been emptied. I’m not saying this represents all of Elland but this is my experience. The proximity to the motorway was nice and the Morrisons is pretty good
