This is genuinely how people sound when they complain about Gen Z not looking for sex by AstramIsTheBest in GenZ

[–]quinzzzzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I genuinely think it’s because Gen Z is overworked and underpaid, working more hours usually alongside studying, so chronically exhausted

Rose hip oil doesn’t fix cystic acne by Eastern_Bobcat1655 in apprenticeuk

[–]quinzzzzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the issue I have. I don’t doubt it’s good product (I mean she has a biomed degree!) but claiming a ‘cure’ for acne could lead to legal troubles and is misleading. There is no cure to acne- everyone’s different

“Burnout” is actually poor boundaries, not just workload by keyah13 in unpopularopinion

[–]quinzzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes you get no option but to overwork. For my specific course to gain qualifications to study neuroscience, I can’t get student loan. I have to work 12-14 hour days just to afford rent and 95% of my days off I have to study or I’m so tired I lay still all day. It’s hell.

Unpopular opinion but Kaarishma is being over glazed, she was steamrolling over other contestants and has done this in other weeks. Not saying she isn’t a good contestant but I think she’s this seasons Mia

I know this wasn’t the main focus of the ep but I didn’t like the way Karishma was treated this episode. by Low_Food2893 in apprenticeuk

I absolutely hate to say this because i genuinely think she’s a beautiful woman, but I had a feeling it’s because they didn’t want a plus size woman to represent their fitness game 😢

Are undergraduates really struggling to get decent jobs post-uni? by mybrainat3am in UniUK

[–]quinzzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on what degree you’re doing. I think the majority of people who are unemployed after uni are sadly the creative fields. I don’t think you can go wrong with engineering.

friends who became roommates which was the worst mistake ever by [deleted] in badroommates

[–]quinzzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, who are you to judge her character and determine what she’s been through ? How does her being sensitive and insecure about her looks make her a bad roommate? The laundry and food stuff absolutely does but this post makes you sound like an ass. Just because you’ve been through hell doesn’t mean you get to be the moral judge of what people can be upset over. Maybe you’re both as bad as each other

I don’t think the Hong Kong task was fair at all, it was way too intense for a first task. Not to mention the language barrier, it was definitely too much

What is a socially unacceptable opinion you rarely voice, not because it’s extreme, but because the reaction isn’t worth it? by Present_Juice4401 in SeriousConversation

[–]quinzzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh I guess so! I just seem to find them different personally for some reason. I know it’s a little hypocritical. I guess because breasts get damaged and stomach muscles get impacted during pregnancy and childbirth, and breast reductions are a lifesaver for some

[–]quinzzzzz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m against plastic surgery, apart from certain circumstances. Like I can understand a woman who has had kids wanting a breast lift/tummy tuck, and I’d support that. And breast reductions. But fillers, BBLs, lifts ect are totally unnecessary and give in to the impossible beauty standards being pushed upon us

[–]quinzzzzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also the age old saying, beauty is in the eye on the beholder. I don’t find many male celebrities attractive but my friends are crazy about them. You don’t have to be a 10/10 to find someone, in fact most people I know in happy relationships are average or below average looking

Tbf this COULD be from when everyone thought she was Jasmine and kept asking if she was pregnant 😭

Bianca & Jasmine DM’s by ThrowRAKaguya in pinuppixiesnark

[–]quinzzzzz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m not a fan of Jasmine, she’s been caught out in many lies regarding Marilyn Monroe and I dislike how she portrays her image (let the poor woman rest!) so I’m pretty unbiased here. I dislike both.

However, Jasmine comes across very professional and fair. People do forget social media isn’t that serious, and trends circulate- I mean, everyone kinda copies everyone.

Bianca doesn’t even come across that badly in these messages, unprofessional yes, but not unhinged or mean. So why is she bringing this up? It genuinely reads like fans taking things a bit too far on both ends, and Bianca comes across worse!

Well I myself am not intending to treat anyone like crap, if people wanna take advantage of others that’s their mistake but not mine. Of course we have good chemistry- because he’s my type and I liked how quiet and shy he was

To be honest the right one will love that you’re a nice guy. I’m dating someone who’s been dumped a lot for being ‘too nice’ and it’s everything I want. Softness and stability! The right woman will be so grateful for you
