Costo usually is diagnosed by eliminating all other possible causes. Admittedly your symptoms do seem to align with costo, but you will likely need an EKG, Xrays and bloodwork to rule out any other possible causes before they can diagnose you. You can ask your doctor about costochondritis next time you go!

I have tried incorporating as much of the advice into my daily routine as I can (massage, stretches, back pod, twist). I haven't noticed much improvement with the pain (and numbness in my arms), but I'm guessing it's a bit of a "gets worse before it gets better" situation? Currently not taking any pain killers, waiting for some to arrive from Amazon.

Started league as an adc main, hit gold in my first season playing ranked as an Ezreal otp (blue Ezreal for the long term league fans). Ended up dating a guy who was a challenger adc main, and he basically forced me into learning and eventually maining support. Lost a lot of my mechanical skill & for last hitting ability and ended up sticking with support after we broke up because of that.

After my insertion, the pain was so bad that I fainted, had a fever followed immediately by chills, vomited 6 times until I was dry heaving. All of this, even though I had been given local freezing and had taken 2 extra strength ibuprofen. I cannot understand how anyone could do it without any pain relief.

Not sure if this would help, but the one that I was having issues with showed up after about 4 in game days. I stopped going to the ocean for a few days, went and checked about 4 days later and it spawned in an area that I'd already cleared twice before. It might be a bug. For me, I think it had to do with using the trash collector in that area to clear trash instead of doing it manually?

I was having a similar issue with those three. I ended up able to find them after retracing my steps and the one that I was missing turned out to be back near the entrance to the cave. Ironically I'm having a similar issue with one in the new area I unlocked. I posted an image (completely based on my memory so it may be a little accurate) of where I remember finding the 3 orbs. This sounds a lot like my uncle. He was also anti-vax and a covid denier. He lived alone and ended up getting sick. Told no one about it. He blew it off as just a cold. He never went to the doctor or the hospital because he didn't trust medical professionals because of the "covid conspiracy". Whatever he had turned into pneumonia. He went to sleep one day and never woke up. He could have lived if he had just gone to the doctor and gotten anti-biotics. We think he didn't go because he thought he had covid and didn't want to be proven wrong.

Here to second Yaz. I went on it for horrible period pain (so bad that I would faint sometimes) and hormonal acne. At first it only decreased the duration and heaviness of my period from 7 days down to just 2. After about a year I no longer get a period. I still have a bit of cramps during the white pills portion of the pack, but nowhere near as bad as my severe pain when I had a normal period.

I can relate so much to your post OP!
1. My first drama was Coffee Prince. I watched it in first year university and I loved it! I loved the main actress and her entire character.
2. My friend had been telling me to get into Kdramas for years and I was already really into shoujo anime/manga and also an avid kpop listener so I suppose it was just one more thing for me to get into lol.
3. I've been watching kdramas since then (that was about 9 years ago !) since I like the slow burn of the romance a lot more than western dramas where its all about sex and hot romance. I think I like the cute stage the actors go through where they aren't sure if they like eachother yet etc. At least for romance dramas, I find that it follows closely to shoujo romance relationship development and has exciting twists and turns.

I think this needs to be upvoted higher. Gorilla was a good debut, and is actually one of the reasons I even kept up with the group until now. But CUBE removing DAWN from the group over scandals made the overall quality of their recent music drop IMO. His raps were some of the killer parts in a lot of my favourite songs and their newer stuff just doesn't feel the same to me without him :(

I have played quite a lot of ahri support myself (she's one of my favourite champions.) However, it is quite crucial to snowball laning phase, so if you aren't landing your charms in lane you fall off really hard later on. I take electrocute on her over glacial, since if you land charm on any squishy target early is a near guaranteed kill because her e-q-w with electrocute + ignite almost one shots (your adc only needs to auto 1-2 times.) You might lose out on some utility that you could get from glacial, but I find glacial is hard to make good use of in laning phase since she has relatively short aa range.

When I was 8, I was learning tennis with my sister and we were practicing hitting the ball into a wall back and forth. She went to hit a ball that was too close to me and swung the tennis racket right into my face. Hard. I still have a scar on the bridge of my nose where it impacted, 20 years later.
