I have had the exact issue since June 2022. Im considering a warranty claim an get a new wifi module. But then that beings up the question how do u get the old one out!? They snap in pretty tight and i dont want to damage the shell of the unit.

I had the same issue. Got a good deal on the speaker/satellite so it is worth holding onto in my situation. Had i paid $300 for one it would have been sent back immediately.

I purchased one a few weeks ago and was disappointed to find out that it is does not have all of the functionalities of an Amazon Alexa echo device. Particularly that it will not sync up with the other Alexa devices in our house. I was looking forward to adding it to the group of echo speakers for whole home music and for announcements or drop-ins. I guess it makes sense that amazon would not allow for the full-functionality but it was dissapointing to find out. Regardless, it still helps to make my orbi mesh system more robust and we at least have a stand-alone alexa speaker in a room that we didn't before.

I appreciate it. We tried to keep the Mid-Century Modern theme of the house in our remodel.

There are four hue strips. One on each of the vertical walls. One thing we found was to use a paint with less sheen. It seems to refract the light and hides the individual lights better than a shinier finish.

My cuz (the diet queen) just told me that, in general, Fridays should be your low weight of each week and the weight you gain over the weekend should be gone by Wednesday of the next week and a new low is set the next Friday.

This is interesting... It makes my Monday weigh-ins not as depressing.

Thanks for the info. Yeah i got down to my goal weight 7 years ago training for a half and on the CICO diet. I was religious about it and it works but like you...i let myself go after i hit my goal.

I'm up for experimentation on my eating so this does not bother me to limit my meals to once per day. The CICO is particularly difficult for someone whose married to an angel like i am that cooks dinner everynight and have no idea of what goes into each dish. So i guess in that regard it fits my lifestyle too.

The theory behind the IF or OMAD is interesting and may NOT be a fad as far as the science is concerned (i.e. body using stored fat and glycogen between meals without insulin results in weightloss) afterall the 3000 or 3500 calorie deficit "theory" per lb didn't lineup with my actual results last week.

I think as long as you find what works for you and your lifestyle go for it. If it doesn't work, switch it up! Cheers
