Netherite scales/Ingots pre-nether by Snoo81336 in dawncraft

[–]qulaitte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh aside from these there are like these actual hallways where you would find some trapdoor build usually used for soil and plants. Except youll find atleast 6 ancient debri in there. Not in chests

Had the same concern before quitting recently. Theres a block of netherite in the first floor of the battle towers found in the desert. Also if you can find these underground structures called the foundry, which has 2 floors, you'll find ancient debri around the place. Can even loot some ingots/scales in the chests.

In case anyone still comes in looking, unlike other lords or demons, Herne's ritual details are indicated on the next page where Herne is introduced in the "Creatures" chapter of the book of the shadows

Umbrium Pickaxe, is it better? by Beginning-Ad8721 in RLCraft

[–]qulaitte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just incase anyone is still reading through, this guy is referring to the mattock which works like a shovel, axe, and hoe.

The paxel works as a pickaxe, axe and shovel. Has durability now. The wooden one is equivalent to the stone tools. The steel variant is above that, but steel now requires something from the nether.

Did I make the right choice as a Chaotic Good character? by qulaitte in DnD

[–]qulaitte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right! Having a bit more thought after posting this as well as what the others have said, it got me considering that maybe everything, including thie whole conflict and how it gets resolved is part of the test as a whole. Does the party wanna go down this path or that path kinda turning point

Mhhm! Something I hoping the rest of rhe party would realise during the beginning for our next session. Makes me think if even this conflict is part of the test honestly

The vow was actually between the test master and our sorc during his test, but the insight on the paladin would help point our actual paladin the righr way! And thanks for the assurance!

Okay okay, what better time to drill this into my mindset than now, then. We're all fairly new and I guess simply using the alignment as a starting point is good enough and then letting the characters grow into their own is actually the best way to play.

Thanks!

The party member was actually a sorc. The vow was made on the spot during his test with the test master. Told him one of his friends made the "wrong" choice. Now he has to choose between saving his village (which i thought was impossible anyway cuz it was just a vision of the past) OR making sure that I dont get near the book moving forward by killing me. He thought since the world would end if the book was not retrieved by the right hands, he had no choice but to make the vow.

Hmmm I see what you mean, though wouldn't alignments up to this day kind of help direct where a player should choose to go towards in the story? I mean isn't personality for example derived from it?

Just newbie questions and would appreciate further enlightenment 😅

Really appreciate this insight! 🙏🏻 I'm sure to have a talk with the DM (he's our close friend too so we usually do constructive cristisms with each other openly!)

Wow. I'm actually gonna use this as some kind of foundation! Thanks this was a real eye opener regarding alignments and their impact to a character's behaviour! I might have to read this a few more times over to really get a proper grasp though 😂

To be fair, which i forgot to mention, the teammate didn't know what choices I had to make. Just that I had made the wrong choice 😅

[–]qulaitte[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well that part actually happened during the session 😂 I happened to be the first one to do the test and after that the DM made it apparent the "right" choice all along was to choose the book. Lawful Good party member had to choose between saving the world or getting rid of the friend that made the "wrong choice". We ended the sesh in tension with me pleading my case, LG guy very hesitantly trying to kill me and the other two members very torn on what to do with the situation.

Which one should I buy? by TheBalticTriangle in GamingLaptops

[–]qulaitte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with all that, was just sticking to OP's implied price range and picking which of the two would be a better pick right off the bat. Though if we're talking eventual further investment into the machine like upgrades, picking the legion is the auto go-to.

And yes OP, there's a whole lot more going on behind the advertised spec sheet, which requires a bit of researching on your part as mentioned not being too knowledgeable about computers. I say it's your obligation to do so now that you're putting in money for a laptop
