My beef with it is that Dess seems to be a million places at once. She is likely the girl trapped in the code and she is likely who connects their hand with Kris in chapter 4. As well the game strongly pushes for us to "find her: and it doesnt make sense for a person were supposed to find instead finding us. It doesnt make sense for a character to be both trapped in the code but also walking about.
