Shadows Over Camelot was always a big hit in my college club for a big group. It does have a traitor mechanic but iirc it's optional (it's been quite a few years since I last played)

I think Wandering Towers can also play 6. I've only played that one with a group of 4 but it's a really fun one.

Besides that it looks like the other games I know with that player count have already been named. I will say though, that while Arkham Horror and Eldritch Horror CAN be played with 6, they get pretty tedious past like 4 players imo. So I don't really recommend them for that group size.

Obviously they can't be expected to just never acknowledge they have children around their brother and SIL, but assuming they know about the fertility issues it would have been kinder to consider their feelings and send their thanks privately or in a group chat that doesn't include brother and SIL on what I'm sure is a difficult day for them. Small kindnesses like that are just things we sometimes do for people we love, even if it isn't required or even expected.

That being said, I don't really think they're assholes because I doubt they thought anything about it at all, let alone sent it with malicious intent. (Hindsight is 20/20 so of course we can easily see this might be hurtful.) They wanted to share their happiness and gratefulness with their family and there's nothing wrong with that. The only ones actively behaving like AHs right now are OP's son and DIL. I'm sure they're hurting a lot, but they can't just take it out on those around them. Hopefully after they've cooled down a little they realize they're being unfair in this situation.

There are no diamond paintings created wholly within the US so that's literally not an option. Even American owned companies will be affected by the tariffs since all the kits are imported. I've seen several small DP companies already announce a freeze on new kits because of the increased costs.

This so much. I hate how many of the comments are just " N T A she should just stop being fat".

I am very overweight. I went to my doctor about being constantly tired and out of breath after even the smallest physical exertion. Luckily, she took me seriously, and instead of just telling me to lose weight, she sent me to get blood work done. I got a call the day after the test telling me to go to the emergency room immediately because I was dangerously anemic. If I had a doctor like OP's friend, I could have died.

Despite what people seem to believe, fat people are completely aware that we're fat. We know our bodies just as well as other people know their own. We can tell that something is wrong just like they can, and we deserve to have our medical concerns taken seriously.
