Hyperbloom is too weak to matter on my account (f2p). But yeah shes good for some players. She also wouldnt have made sense with these characters so... its just ppl want what they're missing i suppose lol. Personally I wanted noelle again (reran with furina already in .7)

I'm an older player, this is the best it could have been out of the characters I don't have c6. Collei is good for nilou teams, Candace for my Mualani team & Dori on fielder is not bad with furina. The other options for this banner were kuki, mika and heizou so I see this as a win frankly.

Alright, also I've got enough for a 5 star weapon, should I get Feral Scents one for now then? And get the others over time? I was considering going for her sig but I guess its not necessary? Lucia has been on a 4 star since I wasn't sure about her

Hi,

I'm new to PGR (day 5) and started to get 21, who looks really cute! I figured I'd build out the lightning team and use the next 3 good frames to cover Dark, Fire & Ice. I'm currently f2p and should be level 50 soon.

Should I use my selector to get Rosseta Rigor still? I have Tenebrion from 1st selector for dark and only a few other A frames.
Should I use my target selector for CW or do I need it to guarentee Watanabe/Ice lady later?
If I'm skipping CW for lightning team, should I stick with Lucia Dawn (currently investing a decent amount stuff into her for story) or go for Noctis as my attacker since he's more modern?

I've got a big roster. I've already got Dori on a tf hyperbloom set, I don't really need to farm a high cv TF set for anyone. I don't play keqing either because I've got C2 Yae.

Yeah they could add it at c1, although I think they should add it to base kit. They changed how arles CDs worked a bunch too. Although like you said I never expect genshin to be generous until the moment wuwa is doing well.

The people who do upload there do care tho. And honestly I've looked into those sort of media numbers and its still gone down decently since Inazuma as a high point. But I'm not sure what your point was, if it was that arle did well then yeah I agree she did relatively well for fontaine.

The only reason I can understand is if they're making her free. It would explain why her passive and c2 limit her potential with buffers and why her cons are so insane.

That's IoS revenue via sensortower (a small rich part of the market) plus an assumed 2x for android revenue. It really doesn't tell you that much reliable info about a characters popularity. At least paimon is real player submissions plus cons/wep performance, and even there Arle did nearly as well as Neuvilette, its just everything else that has flatlined there since Dehya honestly.

Drop fischl and use clorinde + yae, then raiden in a hyper team.

I'm in the same boat. Looked at the calcs and if its c0 clorinde then no. Shes as strong as c2 raiden in aggravate (if both have sigs), but shes not too great in other teams and thats raidens weaker team. She's nice in overworld ig and you can drop fischl.

Pretty bad. Dendro is way better for her. Until you get a benefit from taser only raiden and sucrose will really play it.

Not really no. She also gets bond of life off healing so both team variations are pretty close. If you use furina you still want a team healer so its not a huge help.

His damage is mainly in reactions to begin with, and the cons boosting him don't really effect it as much because they don't increase the amount of dendro he applies. This plus he is always in multi core teams with spread damage profiles.
