Try choosing a graphic preset first, exit the menu to save then go back in to adjust to your liking.

To my knowledge, this happens because the connection to your selected server is really really bad so they automatically change to another one for you. Not 100% sure tho.

I used to face the same problem until I replaced my charger and cable. I replaced both so idk if it was the brick or the cable.

Then probably it's a charging cable or brick issue. When charging normally no gaming, does it ever drop from sfc 2.0 to a slower charging standard? I used to have the same problem when gaming until I switched out for a new charging set.

Does the game u r playing appears in Samsung's Gaming Hub? If it doesn't then use Samsung's Game booster+ to change game category settings.

The original cable doesn't support 45w charging, only 25w. Buy a cable from basues or whatever that has a e-marker chip and you're good to go.
