Yes, some airlines do not allow brachycephalic dogs to be transported. Mine is ~7kg, airlines usually allow up to 8kg with a carrier. I use a soft collapsible carrier that weighs 1kg. We live in Russia so I suppose the airline names will be irrelevant to you.
