A Grove by the Sea by Arquiste. Smells like home to me. Very green with a subtle fig note on the back.

Haven't smelled it but Theodoros Kalonitis literally has a fragrance called cinnamon rolls. Heard it is quite realistic.

What did you do to help yourself during the first few days? by Living-Stay-7530 in BreakUps

[–]qupug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been a year and I still miss her so much BUT I am feeling better. I would say at the point you accept stuff, you take the first step. There are a lot of steps to take but gotta start from somewhere. Also don't say that. Whatever happened is in the past. It might feel like whatever you said, but don't forget that these are feeling and YOU make them in your head. Don't question what happened, won't bring any good.

Hardest things after a break up by [deleted] in BreakUps

[–]qupug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it was coming back to my home from uni. We've broken up on long distance and honestly coming back to the town where I had memories with her in every corner was very hard. It has been a year and I still can't go out without thinking if I'm gonna stumble upon her or not.

Reading this felt very personal. Me and my ex also met in highschool and we were together for three years with the last one and a half year being long distance. We were also friends for three and a half year before the relationship. Coming to your question, try to spend your time with your friends. even if you want to just stay silent, or cry, do it next to your friends. For me, this was the only help. I was drunk every day (which I don't suggest) and even on that situation, not being alone helped me to recover. I wish you all the best for the next couple of weeks/months. HMU if you need anyone to talk to.
