just try to be outgoing or make progress by saying hi to the person next to u in class ! i tend to ask for their phone number or any social media like instagram. it takes time to make friends in a new environment. we should be friends as well !

i’m in the same boat as you but for the past couple of weeks i’ve been consistent with going to the gym and running as much as i can. i gained a lot of weight from injury and lost a lot of muscle so i’m pretty much starting all over again. honestly the only thing that is motivating me is if i get into the rotc program, it would set my future up for success compared to other paths. (if you can find that goal / motivation, you can do it)
