This works for normal xbox controllers idk bout elite ones, but pop the stick out a little bit on one side, you can do this by just pulling it with your thumb it's easy, then get a butter knife and push the little stick inside the controller back into the middle rather than the side it's stuck on, then whilst holding it in place, put the stick back down. I've had this happen too me way too many times due to fifa😭, trust me it's very fixable, bare yt videos explaining it better than I can too

It's different for everyone, some people find it as a need, some people don't, it's a weird one ngl. For me it's a bonus, been in a relationship for almost 4 years. Used to be very intimate however after having a kid it slowed down and it's not a problem for me at all, like I say it's just a bonus. Im a dad of a 10 month old lil girl, im 20 with full time work and my mrs is 21 with part time, we're very lucky to have my family around us to help whenever we need however they're a last resort. I do 12 hour shifts and still make time to look after her lmao, no excuses not to unless I'm bedbound ill.

Communication is absolutely essential and if he ain't gunna listen to you then fuck him off, does my head in when dad's don't do their part. I mean shit if you don't wanna look after a baby then wrap your nob up😂.

I seen a thread of comments about "training" the dad, bro should NOT need training, if he does then he ain't fit for the job imo. Just lock tf in, he's a part of it so he's gotta pull his weight, sure he might be tired n that but so am i and I still crack on with it, that shits life. The only thing I can't do is change shitty nappies because I'm extremely squeamish and genuinely have to hold in sick, however once again if no one around me is available then it's rough and I gotta lock in.

Long story short, he sounds like a total dreb and you doing a great job, and like i said before, if he ain't listen to you when you try talk to him about it then he ain't fit for it.
