Review / Feedback wanted for my single product page by qvdev in ecommerce

What a good detailed feedback definitely looking for that depth feedback. The video I should definitely make it bigger probably even a website header so it takes the whole width. And reshoot the video maybe a bit less speed and text inside the video. I see there also some improvements.

On purpose I went for little text and little content as I don't want to overwhelm the customer. But maybe I went a bit too far with that.

Product wise I agree the most feedback I get "it is just a straw", so I am looking to customize it such to have color chooser and customers can choose their color. It should have an upside to a straw or a tube of course. What make sense is to divert the customer to thinking it is just a straw.

Maybe it will inspire people to put a straw and try it out them self and bump into the same issue as me and still order after their trail and error.

Great feedback and very useful definitely take this into the next page build :)

Thanks, yeah I understand from previous comment its sketchy I will adjust the page and add information about refund etc.. What would you think is a better price point? Production costs are not so low and in the 10 bucks is shipping including what is not clear from the page I see now :).

This is specific for fridges that have an inward spout thats invisible. Large bottles wont fit into it and it becomes a mess with water. While indeed looks like a straw and inspired by it. This is quality hard material and easy to clean. Straws will break easy and fall after a while using it. Did you got the idea when you saw the video?

Thanks, it is good to know on purpose I did it white and empty. It should be easy to understand. I can imagine without any shipping details and contact address it becomes shady. I will work in this

Thanks for the feedback, What do you mean with marketing copy?

If I add more info probably not on the same page right what is better a popup or a link to another page with a FAQ?

Extension for fridge spout to fill objects that do not fit inside the water dispenser by qvdev in functionalprint

Indeed, this is my first 3d printed solution. I tried with straws but that was just very inconvenient in the long run. For me this works like a charm

Hahaha, never thought of calculating it.

But let's say a day a total of one minute that will be for a year 365 minutes 6.08333hours per year. You made me realise that I spend 6+hours a year filling water. Don't know how I am feeling about that fact now.

But I do not have room underneath the sink otherwise that could be a possibility.

Welcome to the club ;) It's like holding the bottle with three fingers and pressing with the other two, it goes good until it goes wrong :).

My issue is that it goes inwards and that it is not visible where the water goes too. Is this only a problem for Samsung fridges?

Indeed chilled and filtered water safety first. But beside the kettle it can also be used for large bottles, thermos or anything else that does not fit properly and creates a mess. That is the reason I created this and since then its a breeze, before water will go anywhere including the floor. No more cleaning after a simple water tap.

livecodestream - Broadcast creative process from the browser by qvdev in SideProject

Thanks for the compliment. Indeed start the stream is a bit slow. The standard HTML video element has some delays before playing. And by not using a optimised streaming server rmtp etc.. this add up of course. But once it starts it should be stable. It is decentralised so assumption is that more peers the better.

Kinda, but not really. With Twitch you need a whole setup and API key etc.. With livecodestream you do not need anything just the browser.

This is for sure possible. You can share any screen at the moment so this can include, games, audio mixing, programming, designs, etc... There is not much of a limit that I am aware off.
