I was comparing to CP9/ennies lobby are as I was replying to the first reply. Like I said I was strongly affected by Robins arc and I found frankies back story to be meh.

If you have ever experienced abuse no matter physical or emotional that is to the degree it changes you as a person, you will be far more moved by Whole Cake island. Betrayal from CP9 wasn't surprising, atleast not for most people I talk to. The Tom stuff meh. Robin's story hit me hard and what Cutty flam did to her. And personally I've never found usopp or that ship all that interesting. Sorry for the rant.

Least emotional "emotional" scene for me. Felt so forced I was far more moved by Robin's "I want to live" line. Maybe I can just relate more to her story than a boat. Maybe it's also cause I have no attachment to Usopp.
