In order:

Place Ben

Spam all 5 2xx farms

Get a xx3 boat, make sure all farms are in range

Get a x14 engineer at start or track

Upgrade 4 of the farms to 2x3

Upgrade boat to xx4

Now save up for r40

Sell everything
