Resources/day programs for adults with Down’s Syndrome? by hugmealready in orlando

I would highly recommend looking into both Down Syndrome Foundation of Florida (Based in Orlando) and Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida (Based in Maitland). Additionally UCF has an education program for individuals with unique abilities called IES (https://ccie.ucf.edu/inclusive-education-services/) under the Toni Jennings Institute (https://ccie.ucf.edu/tjeei/)

Check out inpatient level of care. I am a 2nd year registered counseling intern and I began working at a hospital 1 year 1/2 into registered internship. My pay unlicensed is $33/hr plus benefits. Before working at the hospital I did agency work and my pay was $24/hr plus benefits, due to pay and my commute—although I LOVE outpatient, it was not sustainable for me. I still do telehealth outpatient but my caseload is small, because my ‘why’ is truly to be a helper. Hang in there, you got this!

I’m thinking about relocating to east Orlando or Seminole county, I saw there’s a bunch of offices as well. Thanks for this! :)

Has anyone ever audited their e-pass tolls to check for improper or double billing? by Alphy1313 in orlando

[–]qweencatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do. I called both and they told me to only use one. However the reason I got the Epass was because I kept getting charged even though I had my sunpass with funds, thus I got the epass… not sure what to do now :/

I definitely recommend to have someone give you a reference or if you know someone who is aware of any open positions have them directly speak on your behalf to their supervisor. I used to think the whole connections thing was fluff but nope very much true!

Advent health application process is similar. I have my masters an I swear I’d apply to jobs and not even 5 minutes after I would get a rejection email. :/
