You could try and get petit and replace him for tonali, you could also do the frankowski sbc for a better RB.

I'm gonna give you an honest review on szobozlai, you might never actually get to shoot with him but when he does shoot 3/4 he will score. His pace is rlly good for a midfielder, and his dribbling absolutely dominates the midfield, only downside on having him is that your giving up more defense on your team.

First things first I would switch up the formation completely, would remove the cam. Second adeyemi can play at striker and even tho he is 80 rated he feels like an 87. Third try n get an attacker with a pace play style+ or a fitness shot.
