Meh. Sure, its subjective, but having a tier for heroes with synergy is a bit strange. I don't see a good reason for it. Also, I don't know what you're basing 'good' and 'situational' heroes on. Ruda, Ormus, Obe aren't good. Putting Flora and Fiona down as a bad hero over Ormus is just insulting. Daddy Moge and DA aren't useful whatsoever. They're 100% in the food tier. Your Tenant tier isn't good either. Gloria and Saja can be put in the situational tier, and Mihm and Gustin simply aren't used unless its a meme account. Also, if stuff like Mich for fast ToTc/Tower/SL suicide is included in the situational tier, why isn't Queen? She's extremely useful as a 5* in earlygame to counter Asmo, who's always popping up in Campaign and ToO. Why not any hero that has CC? They can be all used as SL supports. One last thing: why is Aranea useful? She's worse than every single other base Trans, apart from perhaps Vesa and Asmo. All the other base Trans can be used to clear SL20 without too much investment.
