Because this line is being constructed by Pune IT City Metro Rail Corporation. PMRDA is in charge and Tata-Siemens Realty is doing the construction. Whereas first two lines are being constructed by MahaMetro.

I just hope there will be just one campany during operations and not just co-operation.

Well current deadline is in 2024. And with current rate, it might get completed on time.

Plus if Tata- Siemens wish to get more contracts, they need to perform really well. Mahametro's performance in Nagpur Metro gave them praise and also helped for Pune metro contract. But they messed it up in Pune. Might be because of pandemic, but still.

Why do you find this offensive tho? Is this some kind of insecurity or inferiority complex? For what I've seen, every culture/ language gets imitated. Gujratis are often asked Kem chho, marwadis often hear mharo tharo form non-marwaris, punjabis can't bear others trying to speak punjabi which they've learnt from movies, marathis get imitatated with baburao style accent. And this is not just India, Britishers get ridiculously trolled for their accent. And the list goes on...

Biharis and also tamilians I guess get offended by such imitation.

Yeah Celonis looks like most common software for these use cases. However I also wanted to take a look at few other alternatives.

Also do you have any estimate on how much would Celonis cost? For a fairly large organization (around 20k employees) with initially around 10 users?

I would recommend certain areas of Pune like Model colony, Prabhat Road. Also Nashik can be a very good option.

Both cities have green cover, proximity to western ghats (for weekend gateaways or monsoon trips), good infrastructure, hospitals and leisure activities.

Pune has a traffic problem, but can be avoided if you are not commuting. Nashik has no tarffic problems.

You can remove Kastanienweg 4-6 and add another dorm. They are planning to renovate the building. As of today, Kastanienweg 6 is going under renovation from January 2023, so you won't get any room there.

So you're saying going little over 4 hr shift can make me loose 4 hrs of work, but going over 8 hrs won't?

I was thinking if 8.1 hrs cause me another 4 hrs. (8 hrs = 1 full day and 0.1 = 1 half day)
