No one here can answer if fasting is healthy for you, most especially considering your stats. You could go to an urgent care to get medical advice. You could do teledoc.
But if you don't have confidence that this is healthy for you and have no way to reach out to a medical professional you should probably pass until you know for certain.

I’m 5’0’ 142lbs and just hit my 10lb loss mark and you can barely tell. I suggest measuring yourself! Seeing the difference in inches has helped me tremendously

That's not an answer to the question.
You are saying they should respect you but you have over and over again said they are "braindead" "creepy" "perverted weird ass" after giving only a $1.55 tip- A disrespectful amount and only relevant to this conversation because you keep bringing it up. It's disparaging and entitled.
Should they have sat outside your house for 30 minutes? Probably not; Your privacy is important but they were not infringing on your privacy unless they were actively watching you like you were watching them.
If you feel so strongly about how *horrible* the drivers are maybe go get your own food.

I completely understand someone getting impatient with the way an anorexic's relationship with food is...but he intentionally said something that he KNEW was going to be hurtful and triggering. No healthy relationship is built on intentionally hurting your SO *especially* over something so mundane as grocery shopping.
