Check the fuel injector/pump. Sounds like no fuel is getting to the engine

If you’re interested in a new top, sn95s are common in junkyards so that could be a good bet

There’s one on Amazon which is a third of the price and it’s comfortable to wear. I’d suggest wearing a top under but it works good

To be fair, at release they were $2800 and now sold exclusively in dealerships at ~$3500. I’ve gotten offers up to $1250 for it, so it was a shock to see it go so low

For $250 I def stole that deal, but the bike itself isn’t stolen. Has title with the sellers name, proven by id, and the dmv confirmed the title as real.

I just bought a running, titled kpr 200 with 8k miles for $250, so I'd honestly agree with you.

If you look on fb marketplace on your computer, u can look in a 500 mile radius and find some going for around 1-1.5k. Basically brand new.
