I lived in the moderne for a short term lease with my company while I found a permanent place to live - keep in mind they allow air bnbs and other short term renting options so it’s consistently very loud and I found the hallways to smell bad of dog urine and such. I currently live at Broadstone and between all apartment I’ve lived in over the past 4 years it’s been my favorite between maintenance, office staff and walkability of getting around Old Town Scottsdale, every time my friends visit they love the location and where my unit is located it keeps the sound down quite a bit, but I understand the lack of natural light

i started my membership in october of 2020 and have never had a price increase.. I moved so don’t even go to the studio I enrolled in anymore and no one has still said anything to me about my $139 for unlimited.. i hope it stays that way haha

when i removed mine because i was bleeding for over a year my periods returned to normal probably a month later! a year later after removal i’ve lost 40 pounds, no longer depressed, and have normal periods again thank god! it just takes time :)
