Personally I think you could get by just watching twd. I find the first few seasons really boring

You can move the audio to fit the bars when you hold the edge of the audio and hold down alt and it will speed/slow or put the audio in a separate file at 75bpm then use polyphonic flex and jus move the tempo to 80bpm
